Today we had our first capstone meeting with Professors Kennings and Khamesee. The first part of the meeting was a bit of a recap on the problem we’re trying to solve as well as the idea we’ve come up. We went in to a little more detail for Prof. Kennings as he wasn’t present for MTE 481. We also discussed what we expect to get done before next meeting:

• New battery selection
• Electrical team to begin PCB Development
• Firmware team to breadboard sensors on development boards
• Mechanical team to start prototyping casing, and machining parts

Overall, the meeting went well! Both Profs seemed content with what we had done as well as our proposed timeline.
